What We Don't Control
Transparency also means being clear about the limits of our control. Some trading conditions are set by the market and our liquidity source, not by CoinProp.
Trading on CoinProp is functionally identical to trading directly on Bybit. All price data, spreads, and execution conditions are passed through from Bybit without modification. We do not widen spreads, manipulate pricing, or alter fills to work against traders.
Because of this, the following are driven entirely by live market conditions, the same ones you would face on Bybit:
Spreads
Set by real-time market liquidity, not by CoinProp.
Slippage
Fills may differ from the requested price during fast or volatile markets.
What we do control: risk rules, payout logic, and evaluation policies, is documented and applied non-discretionarily, as described above.
How Risk Management Is Applied

All risk limits on CoinProp accounts are monitored automatically by the platform's risk system. When a rule is violated, the account status is updated according to predefined parameters without discretionary intervention.

Payout Transparency

CoinProp aims to provide a clear and predictable payout process for eligible traders. Once traders meet the payout eligibility requirements of their funded account and remain in compliance with platform rules, they may submit a withdrawal request.
To improve reliability and consistency, payouts are processed automatically through the platform once the required conditions are met. This automated process helps ensure that withdrawal requests are handled according to predefined rules rather than discretionary decisions.
Payout requests are processed within 24 hours after approval.
