Terms of Service

We’re glad you’re here. This document explains the rules for using CoinProp’s website, evaluation accounts, and services.

• CoinProp Ltd., registered in Saint Lucia, operates the simulated evaluation and funded-stage programs. Afra Digital, a trade name of Barefoot Enterprises Ltd. (British Columbia, Canada), provides the website and platform technology. CoinProp® is a trademark owned by Barefoot Enterprises Ltd.
• We run simulated trading evaluations: no customer funds are deposited or traded.
• By using CoinProp, you agree to trade ethically, follow evaluation rules, and accept that all purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.
• One registration per person; extra registrations are terminated.
• Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in St. Lucia, and you agree not to bring class action claims.
• For affiliates: your promotions must be truthful, compliant, and in line with our Affiliate Program rules.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://coinprop.io (the “Website”) and all related platforms, applications, evaluation accounts, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

(a) The website and platform technology are provided by Afra Digital, a trade name of Barefoot Enterprises Ltd. (British Columbia, Canada).

(b) The simulated evaluation and funded-stage programs are operated by CoinProp Ltd. (Saint Lucia).

(c) These Terms apply to each entity solely for the services that entity provides; nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or joint venture between them.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must:

1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering, and register only once (see Section 4).

(a) The services are not available to persons ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction listed on the Restricted Jurisdictions page at coinprop.io/legal/restricted-jurisdictions, as determined and updated by the operating entities at their discretion. The version of the list published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

(b) Regardless of that list, the services are not available to any person or entity subject to sanctions administered or enforced by Canada, the United States (including OFAC), the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations, to anyone acting on behalf of such a person or entity, or to anyone ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions.

(c) You represent that you satisfy this section at the time of each purchase and for as long as you use the services, and that you will not use technical means to misrepresent your location.

(d) If identity verification determines that you did not satisfy this section at the time of purchase, all of your active evaluation purchases will be refunded in full and access will be closed. This refund is the exclusive remedy for verification-based ineligibility.

Embedding or framing any part of our Website on another site without permission is prohibited.

• All trading during evaluations is simulated with market data from third-party providers.
• No customer funds are traded live during evaluations.
• Passing an evaluation may result in a separate agreement for a simulated funded account.
• We are not a cryptocurrency exchange or broker.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must keep your credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations.

Single registration. You may create and maintain only one CoinProp registration. You must not register, or attempt to register, more than once, whether using different email addresses, login providers, payment details or devices, and you must not complete identity verification for the same person under more than one registration. CoinProp may terminate every registration and account it reasonably determines to belong to the same person in breach of this clause, without notice, and any simulated profit, reward eligibility or pending reward under those accounts is forfeited. Evaluation fees paid under duplicate registrations are not refundable; the refunds in Sections 2(d) and 5 do not apply to them. Where CoinProp cannot determine which registration is the original, it may treat all of them as duplicates. A registration is your user account on the platform identified by a login; a registration may hold several evaluation or funded trading accounts.

• Evaluation fees are disclosed before purchase. A fee is refundable within 14 calendar days of purchase provided no trades have been placed on the account; after a trade is placed, or after 14 days, it is non-refundable except where required by law.
• If identity verification is rejected, or verification shows you were not eligible at the time of purchase, all of your active evaluation purchases are refunded in full and platform access is closed.
• Contact support@coinprop.io and allow five business days for resolution before starting a payment dispute.
• A payment dispute is appropriate only for an unauthorized transaction or a demonstrated failure to deliver access. Disputes outside those causes may result in suspension or closure of accounts, and delivery and acceptance evidence being submitted in response.

• Affiliates must follow our separate Affiliate Policy and all applicable laws.
• Promotional materials must be truthful and not misleading.
• Misrepresentation, spam, or illegal marketing may result in commission forfeiture and removal from the program.

All platform content, software, and code are owned by Afra Digital, a trade name of Barefoot Enterprises Ltd., or its licensors. The CoinProp® trademark is owned by Barefoot Enterprises Ltd. Materials relating specifically to the evaluation and funded programs are owned by CoinProp Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any of the foregoing without prior written consent.

By submitting content to us (e.g., testimonials), you grant Afra Digital and CoinProp Ltd. a perpetual, irrevocable license to use it in any media.

Fair use. The Website may contain copyrighted material used under the fair use doctrine for educational, research, and informational purposes. We do not claim ownership of any third-party copyrighted material. Inclusion of such material does not imply endorsement or sponsorship by the copyright owner.

You may not:

• Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Exploit latency, pricing, or simulated execution mechanics.
• Coordinate trades between accounts to manipulate results.
• Trade in a manner inconsistent with normal market behavior without valid reason.

Violations may result in trade removal, disqualification, or account termination without refund.

• Crypto markets are volatile.
• Simulated results do not guarantee real-world performance.
• You are solely responsible for your personal trading decisions outside the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of (i) $1,400 or (ii) the total amount you paid for the services in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinProp, Afra Digital, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages related to your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

• All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in St. Lucia under LCIA rules.
• You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms. Certain sections survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of St. Lucia.
