CoinProp is a brand and platform through which simulated performance evaluation programs are marketed and presented to users.

The evaluation software, simulated trading environment, dashboards, and related infrastructure are developed, owned, and operated by Afra Digital, a trade name of Barefoot Enterprises Ltd., a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

By purchasing access to an evaluation or using the Platform, you enter into an agreement with Afra Digital, not CoinProp Ltd.

All trading activity conducted through the Platform occurs exclusively in a simulated environment.

No real capital is allocated, no live market orders are executed, and no customer funds are deposited or held by Afra Digital or CoinProp Ltd. at any time.

All balances, profits, losses, performance metrics, and analytics displayed in the Platform are notional only and have no real-world monetary value.

Neither Afra Digital nor CoinProp Ltd. is a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, money services business, or financial institution of any kind.

Nothing on the CoinProp website, Platform, or in any related materials constitutes investment advice, trading advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice.

You should not rely on any information provided through the Platform or CoinProp website as a basis for making real-world trading, investment, or financial decisions.

Evaluation fees are paid solely for access to proprietary software, a simulated trading environment, analytics tools, dashboards, and performance evaluation services.

Evaluation fees are not deposits, investments, capital allocations, membership fees, or payments for trading profits, funding, or returns of any kind.

Unless required by applicable consumer law, evaluation fees are non-refundable once Platform access is provided.

Passing an evaluation means only that your simulated performance met the predefined criteria enforced by the Platform.

Passing does not guarantee funding, compensation, payouts, or any offer from Afra Digital or CoinProp Ltd.

Failure to pass an evaluation is a common and expected outcome. A significant number of participants do not pass. The evaluation is intentionally challenging and is designed to identify users capable of maintaining discipline, consistency, and risk control under simulated professional conditions.

Simulated trading involves risk. The simulated instruments, pricing models, and market conditions reflected in the Platform may be volatile, illiquid, or subject to sudden changes.

Simulated prices, spreads, liquidity, and execution behavior may change rapidly and may result in simulated losses, rule breaches, or failure to reach the profit target.

Leverage, where available, may amplify simulated gains and losses and may increase the likelihood of exceeding loss limits.

Past simulated performance is not indicative of future simulated results. No representation is made that any evaluation outcome can be achieved consistently or at all.

Afra Digital provides the evaluation software and simulated trading environment. Afra Digital does not operate any funded-stage or performance-based reward program, does not issue rewards or payouts, and has no responsibility for any compensation offered by CoinProp Ltd.

CoinProp Ltd., a company incorporated in Saint Lucia, may independently operate a separate performance-based program for eligible users under its own terms and conditions. CoinProp Ltd. is under no obligation to offer any agreement to any user, and any participation, reward structure, or payout terms are determined exclusively by CoinProp Ltd.

Afra Digital and CoinProp Ltd. are separate and independent legal entities. Neither is liable for the obligations of the other.

Access to the Platform and participation in the evaluation program may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

CoinProp and Afra Digital do not represent or warrant that participation in the evaluation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

There is no assurance that you will achieve a passing evaluation regardless of the number of evaluations you purchase, the time spent using the Platform, or any prior simulated performance.

Participation in the evaluation does not guarantee any outcome, eligibility, continuation, or subsequent opportunity of any kind.
