Giveaway Terms

1. Who runs the giveaways

Giveaways are part of the CoinProp Rewards program. In these terms, “CoinProp”, “we” and “us” are the CoinProp business that runs that program, as in Section 7 of the Terms of Use. Where a prize is a simulated evaluation account, any later funded-stage offer is made by CoinProp Ltd. under the applicable agreements, at its sole discretion.

2. Who can enter

You can enter a giveaway if you have a CoinProp registration with a verified email, you are eligible for Rewards under the Terms of Use, and you meet any extra steps shown on that giveaway’s card (for example, a connected X or Discord account, or a first trade). The card shows each step and tells you which one is missing.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live if that is higher.

Each person can enter a giveaway once. Registrations that CoinProp reasonably determines to belong to the same person, including registrations linked by identity verification, count as one person and one entry.

CoinProp team members and their linked accounts cannot enter. Residents of the jurisdictions on our Restricted Jurisdictions page cannot receive rewards. Registrations under a Rewards hold or restriction cannot enter.

3. Entry is free

Entering costs nothing, and buying anything does not improve your chances. Entry is open from the opening time to the closing time shown on the card, or until the entry limit shown on the card is reached.

4. The draw

When entry closes, the winners are drawn at random from the valid entries. The number of winners is shown on the card. Before a winner is confirmed we check again that the entry still meets the giveaway’s steps. An entry that no longer qualifies is skipped and the next entry in the draw takes its place. If fewer valid entries remain than there are prizes, only that many prizes are given.

Your chance of winning depends on the number of valid entries; the card shows an estimate while entry is open. Giveaways are not offered where the law does not allow them.

Each giveaway’s draw can be checked after it ends from the Rewards page.

5. Prizes

Prizes are promotional benefits inside a simulated program: a simulated evaluation account, or a pack or other Rewards items such as points. They have no cash value, there is no cash alternative, and a prize cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. An evaluation account won in a giveaway is simulated, follows its own rules, and is not refundable for money.

Winning a giveaway does not create any eligibility for a funded-stage offer or a performance-based reward. These remain at the sole discretion of CoinProp Ltd. under the applicable agreements.

6. Delivery

A prize is placed in your Rewards inventory after the draw, and we notify you in the app and by email. You then claim or use it there, subject to the Rewards rules and the Terms of Use. Delivery can be delayed, for example when a prize cannot be created straight away, and we retry until it is delivered or the prize is voided.

7. Voiding

We may disqualify an entry, or void a prize that has not been used, if we reasonably determine that the entry or the win is a duplicate or linked entry, comes from a fake or bulk-created account, results from a false statement, breaches the Terms of Use or the Rewards rules, or relies on an X or Discord account that has since been disconnected. A voided prize is not drawn again for another entrant. A cancelled giveaway keeps its entries on record and no prize is given.

8. Showing your username

When you enter, you can choose whether your username is shown on the winners list if you win. The choice is on by default, you can change it at any time, and a withdrawn name disappears from the list. We never show your email address or your account name.

9. Changes

CoinProp may change, pause or cancel a giveaway, or change these terms, at any time. A change does not affect a giveaway that has already been drawn, except under Section 7. Each entry records the version of these terms that applied when you entered.

10. Other terms

These terms are part of, and governed by, the Terms of Use, including Section 7 on Task Rewards, the Privacy Policy and the Rewards rules shown in the platform. If these terms and the Terms of Use conflict, the Terms of Use prevail.
